This Booking Form is for clients who have already confirmed that the dates they require are available.

Cancellation Policy:
Half of the outstanding amount due (after the deposit has been taken off) is payable if a booking is cancelled within eight to 14 nights of the start date. Full payment is due if a booking is cancelled within seven nights of the start date.

 

VERY IMPORTANT

We must insist that all dogs in our care wear a collar and tag with your name and address attached plus ideally your phone number. Dog wardens can enforce this law and fines of up to £5000 can be given by the Courts for an offence. As the dog would be in our charge we are, by law, deemed to be committing the offence.

IF DOGS DO NOT WEAR A COLLAR AND TAG WE WILL NOT WALK THEM.

Microchips becomes law from April 2016. We will need to see a copy of the certificate.

BOUNDARIES

If boundaries to gardens are not secure and a dog escapes Rest Assured Home and Pet Car cannot be held responsible.

Terms:

The travel cost of one meeting is included in price. If you would like a meeting prior to making a booking you will be asked to pay this. If you then go on to make a booking the amount will be deducted from your invoice.

Our tariff is quoted for a 24 hour period, i.e. from 8am to 8am. A small charge is made for additional hours.

It is important that you return the booking form as soon as possible to secure your dates. A verbal booking is only held for 48 hours.

Packages of less than 5 nights must be paid in full at the time of booking. This is not refundable.

When booking packages of 5 nights or more, if posting a booking form, please enclose a deposit of £50 per week/part week. This is not refundable. Part of the balance will be due to Rest Assured Home and Pet Care five days prior to your booking and the remainder on the arrival of your representative at your home for the start of our assignment. This division will be calculated by Rest Assured.

In the event of Jim, Elaine or our representative being taken ill, we will continue to care for your home and pets in the best way that we can. If hospitalization is required, we will provide alternative suitable cover for your home and pets, at no extra cost to you.

Note: You will need to inform your home insurance company that you are employing housesitters.
